Wholesale Returns
For hygiene reasons, TDi Body Jewellery cannot accept the return of goods unless faulty or incorrect item(s) have been sent. If items have been ordered incorrectly/in error or arrived faulty or in any way damaged please contact TDi by email at info@bodyjewellery.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your goods. Please include information and picture(s) with a description of the issue(s) to allow us to move this problem forward.
We take pride in the quality of our products, however, if an item develops a fault within 6 months after the invoice issue date, please contact TDi at info@bodyjewellery.co.uk with information and a picture showing the issue to help us to resolve this matter.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of Sterile Jewellery/Needles/Blades as we cannot guarantee these have been stored properly, cleanly and safely after being received. This is something we're sorry for, but to maintain the high standards of sterilised needles/blades and jewellery that we sell to your studio this is a rule we need to maintain.
