Please accept our apologies, we are sorry that the item you purchased has not lived up to what you expected from TDi. If items have been ordered incorrectly, to apply for a refund/replacement, simply fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order, as this will help us get everything resolved as quickly as possible. We will then be able to get back in touch with our return details.
If any items have arrived faulty or develops a fault within 3 calendar months from receiving your order, please also fill out the form below providing a picture(s) of the fault. We will then be able to get back in touch to help resolve the issue.
