Bioflex Push-fit Ball Closure Ring (BCR)

Bioflex Push-fit BCRs in 1.2mm gauge, internal diameters 8mm and 10mm. Both sides of the end of the ring are hollow to allow an insert to hold the ring together. Soft, flexible and subtle, these are great as retainers to make a piercing more discrete and also as a gentle alternative to BCRs made from other materials. Also available are Bioflex Micro Bars (straight and curved), Labrets, CBBs etc with Clear Acrylic Balls.
There are 2 international standards for autoclaving Bioflex:
1. Temperature 121 Degrees Celsius at pressure 15 pounds per square inch for 15 minutes.
2. Temperature 134 Degrees Celsius at pressure 32 pounds per square inch for 3 minutes.
Exceeding this can result in deformation.
NB: You cannot sterilise Bioflex in a dry heat autoclave. You need a steam sterilisation process with water.
