These Steel, Gold Steel and Rose Gold Steel Hearts are for Internal Thread shafts in 1.2mm (0.9mm). The hearts are 3.5mm across and great in a curated ear. For internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it. This attachment will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc.
