We’re a small and enthusiastic team with a vast knowledge of body piercing jewellery that we’ve built up over many, many years… since 1997 in fact. Trust me, we’ve heard it all and there’s not much that will raise an eyebrow nowadays!
We’re proud to say we’ve had some customers with us since we started with just a rucksack of jewellery and bags of enthusiasm; so hopefully we’re doing something right! Now we’ve literally sold millions of pieces of jewellery over the years, worldwide. So thanks to you, our old and new customers, for your support; we couldn’t do it without you (no, really!)
One of the things we love about our customers is that each and every one of you is truly and fabulously unique! So as much as we’re experts in body jewellery, we learn something new every day, from you, our wonderfully creative piercing enthusiast collective. We know that you care about the quality of your body jewellery as much as we do. To us, the high quality of our piercing jewellery is essential and that’s why we work with the Sheffield Assay Office to ensure all our jewellery conforms to the to the EC Nickel Directive. This is really important as it ensures your TDi body jewellery is made of materials that are safe for your body piercing. Peace of mind cannot be underestimated!
I don’t know about you but we dislike paying hefty delivery charges. That’s why we offer Free UK Delivery. So no matter where you are from Aberdeen to Aberystwyth, Melrose to Melton Mowbray or anywhere in between, delivery is Free on all orders over just £20. You’re welcome!
You tell us that sometimes choosing the correct size of body jewellery can be rather confusing but don’t worry, we’re here to help! Check out our Body Jewellery Sizing Guide and if you get it wrong (hey, it happens!) you can return it as long as you’ve not opened the clear, sealed, hygiene bag we send our jewellery inside. We also enclose a Free Jewellery Sizing Card with every order to help you measure the length, gauge and ball size of your jewellery. Pop it in your wallet for easy reference!
It’s OK to change your mind! As we send all our jewellery in clear, hygiene sealed bags you can check out your jewellery through the bag before you open it and if you just don’t fancy it, you can return it, simple! Check out our No Quibbles Returns policy for full info.
